Additional Terms for 24Hour retreats

Once booked, payment is non-refundable but may be transferred up to 4 weeks before your retreat date at our discretion. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the retreat start date are not eligible for transfer unless we can re-book your spot. Exact schedule may vary between locations. Each room or family unit is considered a separate booking for payment & cancellation purposes.

COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS [AS OF 1/3/2020]

As a small, solo-run business, we are doing our very best to ensure positive outcomes all round, and we are monitoring developments as the situation progresses. Our policy may change in line with this.

We advise all guests review any local authority guidelines regarding travel during this time. Further information can also be found here: https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019

We currently anticipate minimal disruption to retreats given the timing of the spread, but we are monitoring the situation closely.

If you wish to not attend a retreat due to a coronavirus related infection in your family or close contacts, we will supply you with the necessary paperwork to file a claim with your travel insurance. If you have paid your balance by the time of cancellation, we would be delighted for you to reschedule your retreat for later in 2020. We may look at transferring all bookings to a new retreat date depending on the likely spread; if this becomes necessary and will communicate closely with all guests to do that.

You may be required to send us official documentation to support that your request to cancel is due to a coronavirus related incident. If your request to cancel is not as a direct result of the coronavirus outbreak, the original cancellation policy will apply (please see Terms above).
